It was sunday morning in july of 2016 sue and myself (Les) were sitting having morning tea when the conversation came around to what we were going to do in retirement, do we want to stay in an urban environment or move to an acreage on the outskirts of town. i believe a retired person needs a challenge to stimulate your brain and sensors, Sue was of the same mind but a bit apprehensive of what i would come up with. Sue said let's go for a drive and have a look at properties, that was enough and at that point of time was where we became committed, and as the song goes "We Drove All day" but nothing fired up our imagination till 3 weeks later we came across a small clear acreage high up in the mountains with unusual ferns ,black boy trees the perfect tree change we both were in love with the block and of course each other..
